Internship

GENERAL INFO

According to the study programme (from 2019), Cognitive Science students should complete an internship of 90 hours. The location of the internship should be agreed individually with the Head of Studies.

Internships are credited by the Head of Studies on the basis of the internship programme and the opinion on the intern.

HOW TO APPLY

To apply and receive credit for your internship, please apply via USOS:

Student’s section > Applications > Submit a new application > Programme = Cognitive Science > Other applications (with PDF attachments)

Subject: REQUEST FOR CREDIT FOR INTERNSHIPS

Content:

I am a full-time student of the Cognitive Science programme at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Warsaw.
I request to be credited for the internship requirement in accordance with the profile of the course of study, which I confirm with the attached certificate.

Attachments (PDF):

  1. REQUEST FOR CREDIT FOR INTERNSHIPS
  2. INTERNSHIP CERTIFICATE or other document confirming the completion of the internship

 

Important:
In addition to submitting the application via USOSweb, students are required to submit the original hard copies of the following documents to the Psychology Department Internship Coordinator:
  • Request for Credit for Internships
  • Internship Certificate
Please submit the originals to dr Rafał Dziurla, room 1447.
If the Coordinator is not available, the documents can also be submitted to the Cognitive Science Office, room 1443.
Note that submitting the USOS application alone is not sufficient — credit cannot be granted without the original documents.
