Our Programme

The programme combines a flexible module system with active participation in research labs. Students build individual study paths while developing competencies across the core areas of cognitive science.

Module System

The programme is structured around thematic modules. All students must earn a specified number of ECTS credits within each module, but beyond these requirements they are free to shape their own educational paths.

Each module includes at least one introductory-level course alongside more advanced offerings. Students with previous training in cognitive science may often begin directly with advanced courses, while students from other academic backgrounds can build foundational knowledge before specialising further.

Research Labs

An important component of the programme is participation in Research Labs, where students become involved in ongoing research projects conducted within active research groups.

Students attend lab meetings, conduct studies, analyse data, and contribute to publications and conference presentations. This experience integrates students into the academic community while helping them develop practical research skills.
