FACULTY

The Faculty of Psychology UW is a place of scientific potential, fostering interdisciplinary research projects. Our researchers continuously publish their work in prestigious Polish and foreign journals, and create books and textbooks recognised by scholars and academics across Poland.

The Faculty of Psychology meets the highest standards, as evidenced by accreditations such as the distinguished evaluation of the quality of education awarded by the Polish Accreditation Committee in 2016 for a period of 8 years and the distinguished evaluation of research and scientific activity awarded by the Committee for Evaluation of Scientific Units of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (the so-called A+ category). In February 2022, the studies at our Faculty were recommended by the Psychology Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Both the University of Warsaw and the Faculty consistently rank at the forefront of various educational rankings. Since 2017, the Faculty has consistently held the top position among psychology studies in the country, as per the reputable and widely acknowledged „Perspektywy” Ranking of Universities.
