Legalisation of stay – informational meeting online

Do you ask yourself following questions: Do I need to legalise my stay? How can I do it during a pandemic? We all know that the subject of legalisation of stay in Poland might seem extremely complicated in the beginning! That’s why Welcome Point would like to invite all students for two informational meetings on legal issues concerning residence in Poland.

The meeting will be led by specialists from The Association for Legal Intervention, who professionally provide assistance in legalising the stay of foreigners.

This year’s edition will be held online due to the pandemic.

  • Meeting conducted in English: 9th November 2020, 1:30 pm.
  • Meeting conducted in Polish: 10th November 2020, 1:30 pm.

The programme of both meetings includes:

[COVID-19] Before you come to the Faculty…

Before you come to the Faculty, please check if the case can’t be handled remotely: by phone or e-mail. We still prefer non-personal contact and still work partly remotely. Personal contact should only be selected when you have made sure that the matter can’t be handled remotely.

Monday-Friday 8.00 – 16.00 (telephone/email office)

Due to the large number of questions asked over the phone, the line may be busy.

Secretariat staff work remotely and answer calls by redirecting to their private phones. For this reason, when the phone is busy, voice mail can start instead of the so-called busy signal. This does not mean, however, that the telephone contact with the secretary’s office does not work.

If you do not manage to reach the secretariat for a long time, please contact us by email at marta.juskiewicz@psych.uw.edu.pl.

We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

We would like to remind you that students and other people who are not employees or PhD students of the Faculty may enter the building after appropriate authorization.
