Before you come to the Faculty, please check if the case can’t be handled remotely: by phone or e-mail. We still prefer non-personal contact and still work partly remotely. Personal contact should only be selected when you have made sure that the matter can’t be handled remotely.
Secretariat staff work remotely and answer calls by redirecting to their private phones. For this reason, when the phone is busy, voice mail can start instead of the so-called busy signal. This does not mean, however, that the telephone contact with the secretary’s office does not work.
